Convenient location for visiting Europa Park. Hotel provides free bottles of water in reception which was a nice touch. Check in after 2pm is self-service, which was not an issue for us. Rooms are very spacious and extra linen is provided in the wardrobes. No fridge in the room, but there were communal fridges in the corridors for guest use. No AC but a fan is provided. The TV indicates it is a smart TV but could not get Netflix etc to work, however screen mirroring from phone worked. The Italian restaurant which was only 1 minute away on food was really good and provided gluten free pizza and pasta. Would stay here again if visiting Europa park.

The staff was very friendly and the room spacious. As hotel guest we had free access to the spa (sadly we were too early in the year for the outdoor pool to be open yet). The area feels very safe as there are many embassies around. The Orangerie Park is in perfect walking distance and great for a leisurely stroll. The hotel offers a great list of recommended restaurants in the area and there is quite a lot of street parking available all around the property, as well as a few charging stations for electronic vehicles in short walking distance.

"Nice place to lay your head for the night after going to Europa Park. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Easy check in, and they have eliminated check out, simply leave before check out time. Parking comes at a small cost, and is very congested that is the only draw back. Your near several gas stations ..."
