Renovations going on but clean safe and comfortable. I was delayed at airport got in late. They were waiting and happy to welcome me. Very nice place

The complimentary breakfast was awesome, staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. It’s a bit far from manhattan, where, if you’re visiting New York, you’ll probably be spending a lot of time. The water pressure in our shower was like barely there and also the bathroom is divided by these weird sliding doors so you could be doing your business and like see your bed, lol. Kind of weird. Also, the toilet was like 2 feet deep and the bathroom sink was like 2 inches deep. Overall, weird bathroom, about an hour from manhattan by metro north and don’t get stuck coming back to the hotel late because there are a lot of junkies in Yonkers en route to the hotel when it’s late.

The hotel is in a great location.

The staff was very nice and hrlpful. The location was convenient and 1 minute across the Mario Cuomo bridge. Decent complimentary breakfast. Carpets in room seriously need replacing.

Noelle worked the front desk and that is important because the front desk is the face of the hotel establishment. She was pleasant, patient, funny, and kind. My check in process was smooth. All of my questions were answered and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the property. Well kept, clean, and cozy. Thank you!
