Rooms were clean (needs a more modern TV) Staff was nice (front desk) No cookies :( I stayed 1 night, and for me it was not worth the money ($160). Other places offer the same or more for the same or lower price. I chose this DoubleTree because the locations I’ve usually stayed at are really nice and offer cookies, but I had never been to this location and wanted to try it

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The star is very nice and efficient. Room was clean and provided our needs. There was some construction work going on in the lobby , but it didn’t affect our overall stay. Would recommend.

The hotel was clean and up to date. I love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash the is environmentally friendly and does not waste plastic or product. The room was a good temperature. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great stay.

The room was quiet, comfortable and very clean. The Hotel as a whole was very nice. Front desk service was excellent. The only issue we had was with their restaurant. it took quite a while for us to get what we ordered, and some of the staff appeared to be an experienced and forgetting things like utensils and water and part of an entrée. A manager came over to introduce himself and was very friendly and explained that next year I suppose early next year they will be revamping the hotel and restaurant so in conclusion, we had a pleasant stay here and visitors can make up their own minds regarding eating breakfast or dinner here.

Considering that this was a replacement hotel due to some else’s snafu even though room was ordered thru Expedia over a month ago. This hotel and staff went out of their way to welcome us and change our room the following day back to the roll in shower room request we had originally booked.

We planned to eat and drink there as opposed to driving around to find somewhere. They were out of just about everything we wanted. The restaurant was just bar food. The TV dint work so I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn’t work either. I had to go down to the lobby to wait in line to get help with the TV due to the fact there was one woman at the front desk. She was it for the entire staff on a Friday evening. I felt kinda sorry for her. What a horrible and dangerous place to be.

Disappointed

The room was clean and comfortable, however there were a few broken things which I was told would get fixed right away but never got fixed. The amenities that were missing quickly got replaced. I couldn't reach the front desk by phone so gad to make trips down to speak with someone. The cleaning staff spoke little to no english. If those things are no bother to you, then you'll enjoy this hotel. For me it did not live up to the brand for the price per night.
