Let’s start with the pros: it’s located in a quiet area; hotel has undergone a beautiful lobby renovation and the entire hotel and rooms are immaculately clean; beds were very comfortable and thermostat in room kept it the perfect temperature. The breakfast cafe in the lobby was reasonably priced and had a huge variety of fresh things to pick from. Cons: I paid extra for a balcony room which it had, but there were no chairs outside to enjoy it. Another small annoyance was the room had no hair dryer.

The whole place needs to be refreshed I had to change rooms as there was something in the toilet of the room as well as mold around the bathroom door it also smelled off. Loved the pool and hot tub. Front staff was nice and helpful. Our room felt a little dated. Not too many places to hang out in the lobby or main areas. Outside surrounding is nice but it was too cold to hang outside. Feel like there should be more of a sense of hospitality or welcoming like offering guests complimentary coffee and water at the lobby. Overall nice place especially in the summer!
