This hotel was amazing. The staff were so helpful and super friendly. They honestly couldn’t do enough to help us. The personal recommendations every night for restaurants meant we tried so absolute gems in the 5 days we stayed. A big thank you to Mami who was so smiley and always around to help and called restaurants to do double check they had space for us. Very helpful to a solo mum travelling with her teenage daughter.

"Great hotel and room (for Japanese size). Very nice hotel overall. Only issue was the laundry facilities. Terrible size room for the size of the hotel. Also the dryers were useless. Clothes still wet after an hour of trying to dry them. Finally gave up."
