"A great hotel with friendly staff and fantastic rooms by Japanese standards. The only let down was the dinner menu in the restaurant that had very little choice and very basic. It forces you to go outside the hotel to eat dinner. We did see a lot of guests ordering Uber Eats etc in the evening. Strange though as breakfast was really good. All in all a nice friendly hotel ideally located."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff, especially those affiliated with the Lawson convenience store, was incredibly helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff seemed friendly and accommodating enough . The room was also quite quiet, which was a nice touch, especially since it was similar to a family hotel. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast buffet, as I arrived towards the end of it. I would definitely recommend based on the convenience to the train system, major grocery stores and malls and also for those who wanted to visit the Disney theme parks."

"Pleasantly surprised! Didnt expect much for what it costs to stay there but it was a nice surprised. The lobby is beautiful, rooms are spacious, convenient and close to disneyland - just take the monorail from near station which was a 3 minute walk. Very cute room decor my daughter loved it. Honestly cant fault it, the price is what youd pay for a cheap hotel but it felt 5 star! Would definitely stay again"

"Staff very kind and helpful especially front desk Check in was fast and smooth! Very close to Disney sea and Disneyland there’s restaurants and 7 eleven walking distance. I totally recommend this place. I give it 10/10"

"Luggage delivery too your next hotel takes two days. Pick up on one day delivery on the next. They’re open from 0700-1230 and 2000-2200. The hotel is located right outside Tokyo Disneyland. Make sure you have your Happy Entry for both parks. Arrive early. The park opens an half hour early. If going to DisneySea make sure you have your monorail ticket. You’ll need to show your ticket to get on and off the monorail. The Disney staff was super friendly and very helpful. DisneySea by far was the busiest park."

"The room is always fresh with towels and clean, staff are always helpful and they’re everywhere, breakfast is all you can eat and there’s a coffee cup for takeout😄 (it’s good selection but just the same food everyday as we were there for 4 days all you can eat breakfast) air conditioning is either warm or too cold, there’s complimentary toothbrushes/tooth paste, other toiletries if you forgot to bring them and some complementary tea bags if you’d like to have hot beverage in your room"
