Staff were really friendly! Laundry was available. Family Mart is about a 3-5 minute walk. There’s a shutttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Neither are walking distance of the property. Highly recommend! I would stay here again in the future.

朝食が不満。 無くなったままで放置されていて待てども補充されず出す気がない、あわよくば出さない方が良いと思っているのか… かなり感じが悪かったです。 伝えてもすみませんの一言もなかったです。 品数も少なく洋食メイン。 他のホテルの2泊目で利用しましまたが ここはもうサービス悪すぎて行きたくないです。 風呂も熱すぎて入れたもんじゃなかった。 他の方もかなり熱いと言っていました。 1点だけ、スタッフの外国の方はとても優しくて親切でした。

朝食は色々あって美味しかったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。新しいホテルなのでどこも綺麗でした。 改善点はバスルームのコンセントが使えませんでした。あとはカーテンの隙間から朝日が入ってきて部屋が明るくなってしまうのと、駐車場が狭すぎて駐車するのに苦労しました。

マンションを改造した為だと思うが各階廊下は外と繋がっていて非常に寒い　大浴場、レストランもフロント前を通って外側にあり管内の移動は快適とは言えない　　スリッパは使い捨てではないので衛生的には持参が良さそう　部屋にも最低限の部屋着、ドライヤー、ポット、コップのみあり飲み物は自販機で買うか5分歩いてコンビニへ行かないとない　新ししが色々不便でした
