"Its our 1st time traveling to Japan, and we enjoyed staying here. The room is very clean and eco friendly 😍 we love the breakfast buffet and the personal essentials are amazing, but they aren't for sale. Overall experienced are great with very friendly staff😊 we will definitely stays again at Hiyori hotel the next time will come to tokyo."

"Pros: Room was clean Grateful for the amenities Walking distance to many stores Cons: Very small (but i mean i knew that) Not enough toilet paper Wasnt sure to ask the staff but i was gettin back late and kept forgetting AC not working ( however, i noticed on last day that the TV shows that its adjusted by them and was on heater the whole time. I was hot i had to keep the windows open and my kid got sick"

"They clean the room daily. Make the beds every 3 days. In the lobby they have a free snack, drinks, for all ages. There is a Lawson’s in the hotel. It’s next to a mall with lots of food options. But the mall doesn’t open till 10/11. There is a family mart right down the road, maybe a 5/10 minute walk. The staff is very friendly! They do luggage transfer. Airporter is what they recommended for same day delivery. It’s a courier . They offer free shuttle to both parks."

It was the perfect stay for our Disney days as it was very close to train station with either a shuttle service or an easy walk. There are some great amenities and services in the hotel.
