I see another magic of Expedia to make 2.5 star hotel to 3.5 star hotel. I forget to check the hotel in Google before trust Expedia rate. Staff is good but special because this is Japan, every service facility has a good service in Japan. But worth of room rate, it is over charged. Hotel is small, breakfast is so so. Especially hotel does not have a sauna and hot bath which the most of hotel has in Japan. The location is suitable for who has a plan to make a trip to Fuji mountain or Kita in pagoda in North, because the hotel locates east of Tokyo and it will take 30 min to pass the Tokyo by urban highway.

Quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Close to subway station, restaurants, grocery stores. There's a convenience store 10 steps away that is open 24 hours a day that has everything from shampoo to chocolate, razors and prepared meals. I would highly recommend this hotel.
