It's a bit far out from Tokyo center but the location is so quiet and there are great views. The hotel is located by so many travel and food options

Everyone was very nice. The room needs to be updated and the bed especially. Good location. Close to the train station and lots of stores.

Room was spacious. Location was good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Cons, our carpet in our room was filthy with stains. The bed was very firm, so if you like that then that's fine.

Do not recommend until they renovate or change the water damage walls/wall paper. Get some new curtains, fix that shower. Etc. very run down, giving motel vibes. Staff sweet though. Air conditioning good but still smelling musty and moldy. They did provide a dehumidifier and that still didn’t change the smell of the room. Carpeting need a good chance it has done it’s time. Etc.

Slightly far from the Tokyo station JR and facilities are old than others famous hotels but inner hot bus is fine. And many shops near by this hotels and if you visited for a long journey, that's suitable you maybe.

Lovely staff. Breakfast had no choice and simply alternates between Japanese and ‘Western’ plate. Fair way out of centre but inexpensive as a result and next to MTR. Bonus of massage chair in our room!

都心からは距離がありますが、西葛西駅からは至近なので便利です。連泊のエコ対策は理解しますが、バスマットをフロントに取りに行くのは面倒でした。その他は概ね満足。言うことありません。

とにかく部屋が広い。ディズニーオフィシャルホテルくらいの広さはある。洗面所が広くて綺麗。ソファーが破れかけていたのは愛嬌値段相応かな。車高が高くて駐車場が使えなかったけど近くに沢山有料駐車場があって困りませんでした。
