Exactly what I was looking for: a room instead of a capsule, comfy bed, nice shower (and bath!), clean, helpful staff, available breakfast, plus hot water pot, air filter/humidifier, mini-fridge, etc., all for a reasonable price. Will use again when in town.

This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed in this hotel for the past 2mos. Great location — transpo is very accessible and the nearby airport bus pickup is such a win! Lots of food & shopping options surrounding the hotel, and a nearby Don Quijote. Would definitely go back here when in Tokyo.

The rooms were really clean and the staff was very kind ! Sure, the room i had was a bit on the small side for me but it was mostly for sleeping and taking a shower. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! They helped me a few times when J teally needed the help! Always greeting with a smile in the morning too ! And since the hotel was close to the station it was such a good place to stay too! I will for sure be coming back there once I go back to Japan !!! And oh!! The breakfast is very good too ! Thank you again all the staff of the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kinshicho ! You made my vacation be even better !

Everything was very easy. The staff is kind and speaks very good english. The breakfast is very good. Rooms are small but enought. I just used it for sleep. The hotel has very good location. You can move everywhere very easy from there.
