"We arrived 5 minutes before breakfast closed and we were told kitchen closed, front desk said they would credit my money back that I paid ahead, caused me to seek a restaurant that cost my wife and I $53 rather then the $14 I had already paid. But other than that it was fine. I would stay there again room was affordable , clean and large, nice access for wife’s wheelchair. "

"This hotel is fabulous! Check in was a breeze! They did put us in a room by the elevator but moved us without any problem. The one bedroom room was clean, and spacious. This has got to be the quietest hotel I've ever been in. The air conditioner worked great, maybe even too good lol. The bed and pillows very comfortable. I would have loved an extra blanket in the room. The couch was rather uncomfortable due to it being a sleeper, but it was fine. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool was lively, but could not stay out there due to smokers. The staff was so happy and friendly. I recommend this hotel 100%"

"Arrived at the property. Still dirty, linens were still in tje washer. Door was open We walked right imside. Nothing was cleaned. They offered to fix it by sending a cleaning crew the next day. Okay, we went grocery shopping. Only to come back and discover the refrigerator was not working. I was melted in the freezer. Light in the refrigerator was broken. Getting ahold of someone was much more difficult then expected. Property mangment need to restructure the chain of command. They offer to move us 2 hours south of where we needed to be. To top it off. Im still asking where is my refund? If I could give this company 0 stars...I would. I called "
