"we had booked room for 2 people. On arrival the room was only set up for 1 person, after stop at front desks it was taking care of immediately. By the time it took us to get back up to 6th floor, housekeeping was already there. Room was wonderful, spotless and comfortable. We also enjoyed having a drink and some appetizers in the Restaurant off the lobby. Service was friendly and efficient. Shuttle service in the morning to FRA Airport was great."
