Clean, quiet and spacious room. Helpful staff. Good tip from receptionist on Wiesbaden and Mainz sights. If you are staying in the City annexe across the bridge between the main hotel and the annexe, the Möhrstrasse car park might be of use as it is below the annex.

There is a lovely boardwalk outside the hotel with food, drinks, hammocks, lounge chairs; and even a beach volleyball count along the Rhine. We lucked out and experienced a local wine festival with amazing local wines and food. The town is definitely walkable with tons of shops and restaurants to choose from for all tastes.

The location of this hotel is great with a beautiful view of the Rhine. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast may the best I’ve had at any hotel. The only downsize may be for families as the rooms don’t accommodate a family of 5 and the twin beds are small.

Nice clean modern property with a great location on the river while still being close to the historic center. Rooms were extremely comfortable, great breakfast with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that some of the rooms are in a different tower across the road so it is a bit of a walk from the front desk, but was not an issue for us. Overall a great stay.

Cant recommend

Cancled reservation without informing me. Had to book again on check in for more expensive rate. Staff unfriendly. Room old with bathtub instead of shower. Location outside city. Good: comfortable bed.

Not as Western as i would hope

I can't complain about the check in and out process, rooms, or the breakfast buffet you must pay for. My biggest gripe if your business model is to cater to westerners then do so. I know Germans are not much into small talk, but i would hope you would be free to engage in talk about any questions i had about the area.

Staff were not well informed. One told us they could book us airport transport and when we went to do it another desk clerk said who told you that in a very accusing tone.

Hilton Guest Tips to Housekeeping

The housekeeping was really bad! The person in charge never pick up the garbage everyday. His job straightening the bed was very unprofessional. Never checked the lotion bottles to refill, never replenished the shower cap, the towels left on the floor (as what guess are supposed to do for new towels) were not picked up nor did we got a new ones. We have to call the front desk for this service. Your housekeeper needs more training.
