"The house was once well built. The rooms are spacious. The ocean View is beautiful --it would be better if the dead tree branches were trimmed. The team was supportive and friendly. But the odor comes from sofas and carpets and every where like you are in a second hand clothing store. The mattresses are sagging and should really be replaced; bedspreads smell. Kitchen is made of cheap materials and really feels shabby. The pool water was not cleaned until the last day of our stay. It really needs...

"Very classy hotel with king-size beds, which is very rare in Italy. The breakfast is included and is the negative point as it lacks any fresh fruit or vegetables so people come with their tomatoes lettuce and fruits. It is served only till 10 so in the weekends it is a problem. Otherwise the hotel is very comfortable with 2 swimming pools and a lot of space. The building is stylish but lacks balconies to dry your things on. Apart from this it is an expensive but good choice for guests traveling by car."

"Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "

Alessia, the Front Desk checked us in prompt and professionally, and also made an incredible Recommendation to visit Sirolo and some restaurants in the area. Breakfast was also a wonderful. They make eggs on Order, and all you can eat all you can drink. Bathroom was large, modern remodeled rooms while small are extremely functional comfortable and air conditioning is cold. TV is smart as as the rest of this property. Easy safe parking. Very well located. Especially if driving up from Puglia & Marche up towards Venice. Excellent overnight.
