"Sopra un colle con vista magnifica, ma la strada per arrivare è sterrata, con una forte pendenza e senza illuminazione, è giusto che si sappia.Appena fuori Deruta, ma salire e scendere da lì non è comodo.L' appartamento è arredato con mobili spartani, il materasso è a molle e la pulizia sufficiente. "We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. Different languages, suggestions for short trips, day trips, history, choices of venues, restaurants and answers to any question. Renato was very helpful in sending us directions to the Villa and he even sprayed our cars to remove dust and dirt prior to our departure.In every way"
