"Very clean room, excellent amenities with everything you would need. Great hotel location with lots of food options surrounding the hotel. Also having a 24 hour pharmacy and a 24 hour convenience store located at the base of the hotel came in handy. Thank-you for a wonderful stay."

"Second stay at Sotetsu Grand Fresca. Love the location but this time they are doing some refurbishment at the hotel so it’s a mess and quite narrow and dark in the reception area. I’m sure it will be much nicer when they are done."

"Toyoko Inn provides laundromat and dryer services just within their hotel, as well as free complimentary breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea available with your stay. The staff are always welcoming and helpful in assisting with any issues faced — whether it be concerning the hotel or my itinerary for the day, they were able to assist with my queries the best they could. The rooms themselves were okay, as the space of the room made it quite cramped to walk around. The bed mattress was very hard, and the pillows were too soft, so there were some nights where I woke up with a strained neck and shoulders. Otherwise, it was an overall great stay :)."

"Clean hotel, plenty of useful amenities (washing and drying room on floor, ice machine and gym). Breakfast was expensive but there is a lovely place near by and a seven 11 if all else fails."

"2nd time staying at this hotel. If you want easy access, this is a good one. You can get to the bus terminal from the hotel even in the rain without getting wet or hop on an airport train as well."
