Great hotel for kids, so much for them to do.
The rooms are not the cleanest the carpets need a good hoover. Bathrooms clean but tea/coffee toilets tools etc not replenished you need to ask for more.
The shuttle bus is terrible, 1 bus to 4 hotels so everyone pushes and shoves to get on. This unfortunately does put you off going back to such a great hotel.
I did however really enjoy our stay, the swimming is just great along with the softplay and outdoor play area.
Breakfast is basic but does the job for what you pay.

Had a great stay at this property, a very quiet, chic hotel close to the Arc de Triomphe. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, the area was quiet and safe easy to access from the centre of Paris. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others as staff were lovely. Would stay again!

The staff was so nice and very helpful. They made you feel special. Wolfgang checked us into "his favorite room" which was lovely! We recommend #200 for beautiful ambiance. Clarice in the brasserie was excellent too. We even liked the valet, so much personality!
