The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. "Staff were attentive and responded to our requests quickly. Breakfast buffet was good but not exceptional. An espresso machine is standard in Europe but here you have to pay. Several Basra and nightclubs are close by so during football games it can get a bit noisy. "

Stuff is extremely attentive, eager to assist on every issue. Breakfast is of decent quality, featuring several protein options, raw and cooked vegetables, on top of the standard mix. Breakfast stuff Gianely, Carlos and Carolina will remember your special requests even they are little extras like sliced half avocado with your eggs. If you need to stay in the hotel for dinner, I recommend to order baby chicken , which was very nice and tender, served with garden vegetables, small salad and a mustard dip. Overall, excellent service and good ambience "
