"Every staff member we met at the front desk were friendly, helpful and for our benefit spoke English comfortably. Rooms are compact and that's was with an upgrade from our original booking but it seems to be a norm in Europe. Pretty reasonable walking distance to the 'old town'. We would consider staying here again."

"Nice roof bar, rooms decent size very convenient for the train station and a nice touch giving us travel cards for our stay. Only real criticism but this may be down to Expedia the room was supposed to have a city view but our room looked out towards the edge of town/airport direction. Also I had to ask for our gold member free drink voucher, otherwise it wasn’t offered. But on the whole a very nice stay"

The daily transportation pass provided to us is really a big help and we were able to visit all the places we want to see. It is an excellent service from you! Breakfast is awesome! "This hotel is a little gem. Tucked away in a fantastic location, I couldn’t have asked for any more! I came to Salzburg as a solo traveller and felt completely safe and welcomed here. There is so much to see and do and the hotel is perfectly located. Would highly recommend."

"Very clean property very basicl location great breakfast buffet loved staff Laundry bit of a walk rooms very clean loved the linens One front desk enployee VERY RUDE she was talking to someone with me. Standing there. The woman then left I stood at the desk 5 minutes or so to ask a question. She was at the computer the whole time and flatly. Ignored me. Until I asked the the question then she finally looked up. Happened twice Overall, a very nice hotel. Would highly recommended."

"We stopped in Salzburg for one night on our trip to Vienna and wished we had stayed for two! The hotel was located walking distance from centre, Mozart residence and Mirabellplatz and gardens as well as the bridge across Salzach River to explore Old Town Town and Fortress. Our room was very spacious with amazing water pressure in the shower, ac, and a very comfortable king size bed. View was nice. Small treats on pillows and cool water bottle and fridge were appreciated. Staff at reception was very welcoming, friendly and super quick! We enjoyed our stay and would return to this hotel if we are back in Salzburg ️again :)"
