New building, new modern and spacious rooms. Front desk was great. Super clean and outdoor and indoor parking was great! For strange reason conference rooms were being kept closed so you couldn’t use them to work even off their business hours. Roof top restaurant was good! Hotel is close to many other great restaurants, super markets as well as the local airport!

Clean, fresh and well maintained. There is no conditioner in the room, if I need to point something missing. There is really nice restaurant close by, Panorama, for those hungry but not in line with dress code for sky bar. We will definitely come back to Cool Mama.

This hotel exceeded expectations! The entire place was clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the city. The breakfast buffet had a ton of choices and was delicious! Highly recommend cool mama!

The hotel itself was clean and ultra modern and the room was lovely. It is situated just outside of Salzburg, but the bus is easy to get to within a few minutes walk and takes you straight into the town centre. The only downsides are that there is nothing much in walking distance if you fancy a snack or to get some drinks. Ideally, it would be great if the hotel had a small shop to get these items or even a vending machine. The bar/ restaurant is closed after breakfast on a Sunday and Monday which is a bit strange and does not help the situation. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel.

Good choice for your stay in Salzburg

View from the room was stupendous. Restaurant staff were delightful and professional. Food was excellent (with the exception of the ribeye) A/C in the room would not get cold and lighting controls were fiddly and over engineered.

Definitely one of the most beautiful views I have ever had from a hotel. Staff was very professional and accomodating . Restaurant was delicious. Not a bad walk to Salzburg but bus stop is right near by or 15‐20 euro taxi to Salzburg.

The Cool Mama was very new and modern. A short drive or uber to the centre The superior room was excellent with a great view, parking was cheap and underground. Staff were friendly. Sky restaurant was lovely. Highly recommended.

By far the best place to stay at if you’re ever in Salzburg for sure, i fell in love with the rooftop bar and the modern design. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful; and were nice enough to hold on to our luggage even after checking out of our room in order for us to do a sight seeing excursion. I usually Don’t do high rated reviews but this hotel did really and genuinely exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful room, everything was clean and the decor is modern. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They were the best. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative, which is small - no iron in the room. However, they do offer laundry service if needed.

Property is clean and well kept and the sky restaurant has an amazing view and a good breakfast spread. Rooms are minimalist in design, which is a pro and a con. Limited furniture makes the room feel bigger but some guests may prefer a table rather than a single desk. Rooms on the north side of the building may experience some traffic noise due to the road below them.

Safe, clean, modern hotel. Great location for getting around the area if you have a car. The slay restaurant and bar have great views! Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Easy freeway access. Parking is reasonable at €5 and secure. 10 minutes to center of town. Great value!

Great hotel and super accessible with the bus stop only minutes away. Our room was in great shape but unfortunately it was too warm for us, the room was always between 22 and 23 degrees Celsius no matter how we adjusted the temperature on the thermostat. Other than that the rain shower feature was a surprise and the lighting in the room is really warm and relaxing!
