"I recently stayed for one night, the stay was booked last minute due to the brush fire in Maui on Sept 26, 2026. The check-in process was quick and smooth, we were able to find our room easily with the map they provided. The room was clean and was sufficient for a night’s stay. The pillows were comfortable but the bed was the softest/most sunken that I’ve experienced at a hotel as an avid traveller. I felt the breakfast was very disappointing, everything was cold and there was no staff in the building. I dropped by and there was no cutlery but also no one in the kitchen to assist. I went back to my room and returned half an hour later with my spouse and there was still no staff around. Some other guests looked around the kitchen and were able to locate some utensils to share. The property is lovely but also feels abandoned or vacant in some ways. There was no one around, the lobby was silent, no people, no music."

"This was our third time at this resort. Our unit was fabulous! Clean, stocked with kitchen equipment, soap for laundry, 2 full CLEAN bathrooms and a very comfy bed. We will be back. Oh the pool is wonderful too!"

"Great staff - Susie and Kelsey were very helpful. We were there after the hurricane. The fitness center was flooded and there wasn't any sand near the resort - just lava rock. It was difficult to get to shore with slippers, and no place to sit to put on snorkel fins. No restaurant available, it was being remodeled. Plus, they were paving the parking lot. Our rooms were clean. One room was very dated with worn carpet. The other room had a weird mechanical noise from outside the in the breezeway that came on every 20 minutes. Well stocked kitchen for cooking etc., however, no coffee. You had to bring your own. Interesting that in evening and throughout the night, the resort is open and easy to take elevator or stairwell. Great location, but pricey. Didn't feel like we got our money's worth. Probably won't stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We booked 2 weeks but ended up leaving a couple days early because of the potential hurricane threat. Staff was amazing!! Everyone was so very friendly! Loved the walking path to other hotels, shops, restaurants! Rooms were nice, loved the coffee, chips, cookies, cute reusable bag provided. Wished it had another mirror somewhere to get ready while another was showering and wished there was more space for clothes. Though again we were there for 2 weeks so had a lot. They had full sized shampoo, conditioner, body wash, ironing board and cloths steamer, nice hair dryer and robes. Small reusable water bottles with ice and water available on each floor. Food by the pool was good. We rented a car for part of our stay, so super close to Kīhei for food, other beaches, shops but $60/day to park and had to use valet. Pools were beautiful! Reef safe sunscreen 30 & 50 were provided at every pool. We were a little disappointed that 2 pools were being worked on and we didn’t know it beforehand. Very noisy at one pool M-F for hours. And limited shady spots, and if windy, shade umbrellas had to come down. You could purchase cabanas in the shade for an extra $250 I believe but many sat empty at all pools. Beach was rough after the storm (can’t be helped because of weather) but no one was working on steps, path to get down to the beach. Other hotels were on it days after it happened… just something to be prepared, aware of. We were able to snorkel."
