The shower got hot fast. The parking spot was a little confusing at first but they helped us figure it out, it was great having our own spot right in front. We enjoyed the unit. "

"The listing did not mention that the property has no air conditioning. It has ceiling fans. It was a problem since it was difficult sleeping under a blowing ceiling fan with a low ceiling. At night there were two children playing and laughing outside our open window until almost midnight, the window being open because of the lack of a/c. At 8:00 am, the caretakers made so much noise blowing, watering, rolling carts over the tile walkway and speaking loudly to each other in Filipino. We had to ask them to please quiet down since we were still sleeping, but it continued. The “beach across the street” turned out to be rocky and unsuitable for swimming. The listing should definitely mention the lack of air conditioning. This was all exacerbated since the only unit available was on the ground floor even though we had reservations well before our arrival. All in all, it was not a pleasant experience and we would not stay here again."
