"I cannot say enough good things about the customer service here. They were so accommodating in every way. The free beach chairs and umbrellas make beach days so easy. (Tip the crew there, they are working in extreme heat!). Free self parking which is unheard of these days was a nice surprise! Rooms were so spacious, clean, and updated. Highly recommend!"

"My husband and I had an incredible honeymoon stay. We couldn't recommend Hotel Wailea enough!! The team are all so lovely and attentive and all went out their way to give us the best experience. Shannon was an absolute star organising an itinerary prior to arrival so everything was so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend the in-room Lomi Lomi couples massage and hiring e-bikes with Bear. Shoutout to Sunny also for her help on the front desk and assistance with our postcards! Our hotel room was spacious, comfortable and had a breathtaking ocean view and sofa balcony loungers. We were also very grateful to the valet team for all their assistance chauffeuring us around Wailea and the beaches. The food was utterly divine, in particular the Bird Cage was a highlight, superb menu and sake. The breakfasts also were so fresh! Not to mention the moreish cocktail menu and bites by the pool! The ariel and flow yoga with Andrea and outrigger canoe experience were also fantastic. We couldn't fault it and was the most perfect honeymoon. Thank you all so so much again. We look forward to returning one day X"

"This property was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again. A little warning about parking. The garage parking is very tight with limited number of spaces. My husband had rented a full size SUV for the family. We ended up parking on the street outside the complex because the garage parking was too difficult. Fortunately, street parking was super easy!"

"We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo is just steps away from the beach and we appreciated the other amenities like the pool and hot tub. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and its location was convenient to all of the places that we wanted to go. We were so impressed by the host’s communication and assistance during our stay. We would recommend this property and we would love to come back!"

"Perfect location! The condo was just as described. The owners clearly care a lot about this condo. Immaculately clean with everything you need- including a washer/dryer with detergent and dryer sheets already in the suite. Beach towels, chairs, beach toys, coffee, snacks, tons of dishes and cookware, shampoo/soap, disposable slippers, flash lights, automatic blinds for the living room/kitchen area, large book collection, Keurig machine. The sectional is so comfortable - my teenager chose to sleep there all week. Very quiet/safe area, not crowded at all. We even saw a Monk Seal and sea turtles right on the the small beach behind the condo. The lanai was perfect - including a table and 4 chairs and 2 loungers, ceiling fan, and lighting. My only complaint is the underground parking- there are only a few spots that aren’t “Reserved” for permanent residents and they are very tight- You won’t be able to park a large suv in the basement parking. We split our trip between Oahu and Maui and we all agree we should have stayed the entire 2 weeks in Maui. You will not regret renting this space!"
