The behavior of staff especially sitting on the front desk was not pleasent. They had a disrespectful tone towards their guests. The time required to check-in a guest was also way more than usual which shows their non-compliance with hotel management SOP's. Everything related to the building was good. It was clean and peaceful.

Hotel was very close to the Haram! It is on a hill but only a 5 minute walk uphill, and they have golf carts to take you up and down the hill if you don’t want to walk. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Property not far from Haram, except for the hill when coming back from Haram. The street is too busy with traffic so the gulf cart is not operating at all times. Room is clean Property is clean Great staff. Great stay.

I stayed at this hotel for four days and I must say that, for the price I paid, the room was very nice and comfortable. The staff was also very kind and helpful: I arrived around midday and they allowed me to check in immediately. The girl at the reception was extremely friendly and polite, even though it was clear that she had some difficulty speaking English but she was still very warm, welcoming, and helpful. Regarding the distance from the Haram, it is not too far — about 1.4 km. I am a 27-year-old guy from Italy, and for me it took around 12–13 minutes to walk there, even though there is a bit of an uphill walk. The hotel also provides small shuttle vehicles (mini-buses with around 10–12 seats) that run every half hour and take you close to the bus stop, which is very near the Haram. The only things I didn’t really like were related to the bathroom: the shower hose was slightly damaged and leaking a bit of water. Also, when I arrived, the tea tray was a bit dirty and there was no teaspoon only tea and sugar were provided. That said, these are small things that can be overlooked considering the price. Overall, the hotel is nice and, above all, the staff is very kind and welcoming.

This would have been 1 starts because of the awful experience when we first arrived. Despite paying in advance, the receptionist on duty informed us that all bookings has been canceled and no rooms available. After several back and forth, we were asked to stay in the mosque for 3hrs before we can check in because there are no beds in the room. It was quite an unpleasant experience after a long journey. Thankfully, the receptionist on duty the following day made us comfortable. The rooms were cleaned on request and towels changed too. The location is just 20mins walk to haram. Difficult to get good food nearby but that should not be a problem if you can get to the clock tower where you'll find variety.
