The curtains in the room did not work and we were left with bright lights shining into room All night and the hotel staff at front desk didn't seem to care at all. The hotel also has an ATM part of hotel that has been known to have defects and eats the cards you put into it and charge you for money you try and take out (without you actually getting the money also!!) - there help on this matter was really bad too
