The rooms are not clean enough. Walls are stained with food and the toilets have not been deep cleaned for ages.

The room was unavailable when we tried to check in. After showing the front desk the receipt and reservation from Expedia, a dirty room was provided with damp carpets and walls covered in stains. Worst part was the fact that no one seemed to be in charge or know anything. Checked out a day later and had to book another hotel for the rest of the stay.
