Staffs were very courteous and helpful; they went above and beyond to accommodate us well. Rooms are very tiny, and so the bathroom- however the room service gave their best to keep them clean.

Had a great stay at this hotel in Makkah! The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Plenty of food, ice cream and grocery options nearby which was really convenient. The service was excellent. I accidentally overbooked a non-refundable night through Expedia but the hotel was very understanding and worked with Expedia to help refund 1 night. Really appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Only about 10 minutes from the Haram. The only downside is that it’s on a hill.. so the walk back can be a little tiring. However, they do sometimes have a golf buggy to help you get up and down free of charge. Overall a very comfortable stay and highly recommended!

The room was so small that it only fit me and my luggage ( not even My luggage). The team there is very helpful, respectful, and willing to assist with anything. They are very courteous people. One suggestion for them is to ensure that guests do not smoke in their rooms; I was on the 10th floor and could smell the smoke coming from the other room.
