Scam.

We never were able to talk to the host until we arrived for checkin and were told to pay another 180 euros for unexpected guests. We were in the reservation for 1 person in error. We had 5 people to stay in unit for 7. The parent company said change fee should have been nominal. We spent all day Saturday locked out of the property in a stairwell. We finally demanded a full refund. We have not recieved the refund yet.
