WOW! This was an amazing hotel and highly recommend staying here - worth every dollar or euro. The accommodations and setting are beautiful, with up to date technology and amenities. But more important the staff is what make this a 5 star resort. Regular emails from Macarena prior to visit regarding hotel holiday reservations, Victoria's warm welcome at front desk, and Manuel and Jose at concierge are remarkable. Manuel is a miracle worker with site seeing arrangements and don't make a dinner reservation without consulting Jose!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean . The position of the hotel was good for exploring Malaga.

Terrible experience checking in. A very busy front desk guy who was answering the phone while checking us in, assigned us a LUXURY room in the basement?! After seeing the room without windows and refusing it, despite his claim that they were totally booked, we were able to get a decent room on the 4th floor. The sofa bed for my son was so hard my son could not sleep in it! After 2 nights they set up a small bed for him which was much better. On our first breakfast, we had to ask 4 servers and then the manager for coffee?! While the hotel is beautiful, customer experience needs significant improvement for this property to be a Five Star Hotel.

This is one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of great hotels. Everything about it is first class. I was very sad to leave. Will make every effort to return one day.
