It is a plain room with practically no amenities . However, the location is excellent. Next to the cathedral and the Alcabaz. You can walk everywhere: the port, different Museums, lot's of restaurants, coffee shops, bars and atractions. I felt very safe and I would stay again there.

It was close to everything and easy for tourists. The staff was very supportive and helpful. However, there was no coffee machine in the room and no conditioner in the shower. Overall, based on the reasonable price, it was a really good stay.

My sister and I stayed here for a week and it was an amazing experience. The beds were super comfy which was needed since we did plenty of walking around the city. The front desk staff are super friendly and very helpful. On the first day one of the staff gave us a map of all the activities we could in Malaga! It was a very enjoyable experience and would absolutely come back here again.

For inner city exploration, this hotel is ideally situated. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The only things that we felt should be improved for a hotel of this grade were the lack of any bottled water in the refrigerator (seriously?), the low-quality toilet paper, and the absence of any wash cloths. The other irritant for us was the somewhat late start time for the hotel breakfast: 0730. We had to leave for early morning travel around 0715 on both days of our stay in this hotel, and so we had to miss the hotel breakfast for which we pre-paid months ago (and we were offered no refund by the hotel). Most of the other hotels we stayed at in Spain over a 2-week period started breakfast at 0700. So, potential customers should be aware of these possible issues at this hotel.
