Excellent hotel but they AND you should have told us that they had changed the name from Sercotel. Wasted tome looking for it!

Generally the room was clean and what was expected for the price paid. However upon request of a quiet room the overall experience was not quiet. The doors in the corridor slammed loudly, rather than being put on the 5th floor we were put on the 2nd. The toilet would not flush and because of our late arrival the plumber could not be called until the next day to do any work. This meant we had to go out of our room to the ground floor to use toilet facilities. Not great !!
