Well stocked bar. Lots of choice of food and drink available. Quiet and lovely atmosphere with very welcoming reception so I could practice rather embarrassingly my Spanish. Orange peel remnants left on the bedroom table, easy to miss due to the table top pattern but was there nevertheless. Nice location, central with very local bars close for breakfasts and lunches

This was a lovely hotel! It was new and acted as such! The staff were fabulous particularly Africa, Fernando and Leo(?) at the front desk! So helpful as we discovered the city. The bed was fabulous! If I had a complaint it was the buffet breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming! But I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Malaga! Just fabulous and the area was easy to get around! Loved it!

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff. This hotel has JUST opened (02/02/26). it may not appear when you search on maps but it’s easy to find Gorgeous bar and lounge seating. Super reception staff who were welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful with a velvet headboard that curved into a sofa with a marble table and chairs. Nespresso (?) coffee machine. Enormous bed with lovely linen and pillows. Electric blinds. We completely overslept following a late night but it was not a problem and we were told to take our time. Due to oversleeping we missed the opportunity to use the enormous tiled shower ‘room’. It’s a bit of a walk to malaga central - but it’s close to the main train station. We got a great rate but fear it’s going to go up as so exceptional. But who knows?’ Thank you lovely Serenay team. Can’t wait to come back. X

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the first moment. Everything was super clean and the decor felt fresh and modern. Our room was comfortable and touches such as fridge, coffee maker and kettle + seating area made us feel right at home. Also loved the spacious shower and rainfall setting.

De kamer was schoon. De eerste dag wat muffig, maar ik denk dat ze bezig waren met de riolering. Daarna geen last meer van gehad. Personeel: leuke mensen en ze helpen je graag qua service en informatie of de weg te wijzen in de stad. Hun bediening is ook snel en klantvriendelijk. Bar: als je even tot rust wil komen in de hal heerst een gezellige sfeer, andere gasten zijn dan ook in de hal om wat te drinken. Locatie: ideaal, dicht bij de busstation en metro, gezellige winkelstraten en cafés, taxi-stands enz. Vooral als je een bus moet pakken om naar andere steden te gaan b.v. Sevilla, Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz en Ronda is het fijn dat je op een loopafstand zit van de busstation. Malaga (centrum) een leuke stad waar je ook bij de zee ben en mensen met een warm karakter graag met je praten en de weg wijzen. Een stad om zeker weer te bezoeken.
