"The room was clean, nicely decorated. The heat was set so it was warm and cozy .The Christmas log fireplace was on the TV when we entered the room. It made for a warm , inviting introduction. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also had breakfast in the restaurant , which was really good. Would recommend"

"We have most meals at the Empress, the Q lounge & the dining room serve delicious, beautiful plates with the most fantastic ingredients. This is fine dining at it's most creative. The cocktails are equal to the dining. No need to go outside this hotel except to sught see."
