"The only complaint we had was when we entertained our room. It didn't say hello and welcome or welcoming bc everything full either only white colours. Hope not too offensive but need colour of kind to make one feel invited and welcomed!"

"Lovely stay for a one night get away from GTA, the pool was pleasantly warm and grounds were clean. London is quite small so you will see visitors from the hotel at almost every other attraction near by haha we would return again!"
