The hotel is located very closely to the lake Zurich and close to the Old Town where the shopping and restaurants are. The hotel does not have A/C which is very hard to sleep or stay in the room when the temperature outside is over 20’s C. Also, there is no coffee or tea in the room.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff - they know the area well and were able to point me to places that weren't well known
Rooms were clean and the views were terrific! The staff was also very responsive when the Internet gave up at 10PM and called back to ensure it was fixed.
Breakfast standard - what I am used to in European hotels (good quality and the vegetarian options were plenty.
K really highly recommend this property!

Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms. Everything was clean. Really appreciated the coffee maker in the room after multiple hotels in Switzerland did not offer this. Very Decent breakfast as well
