The hotel is very lovely. However, the room was far too hot. This was on the first floor , accessible for the public to climb in through the window. We were re-located to the 3rd floor, which was also very hot, but we were able to keep the window open all night. On a more positive note. The receptionist went out of his way to help. Breakfast was amazing. Also very clean. The coffee was also a bonus.

Overall a very nice hotel, very clean and beautiful inside. Very central location. Unfortunately whilst my boyfriend was in the shower, the water leaked everywhere. It flooded the entire room from the bathroom to the bedroom. It is our understanding that the seal was faulty. we called reception and when the staff came up they tried to say it was my boyfriend’s fault , and seemed quite condescending. Luckily, they moved our room but we missed our dinner reservation as a result. Another thing is we came back to our room after it had been made up. We were asleep in the afternoon and a woman (staff member) walked into our room after knocking once. We know it was not a maid as she was wearing a suit. We do not know why she came into our room.

The to was beautiful, modern but charming. The service was exceptional and the location central but quiet, and very walkable to the main many touristic attractions We loved this hotel and recommend it strongly

The whole hotel was spotless, very modern and beautiful design. The staff were all friendly and helpful, on reception and in the restaurant. The food was great too and reasonably priced.
