Apartment 'Olive Grove House' with Lake View, Private Terrace and Shared Garden

Rustico renovated in 2022, set in an olive grove with centuries-old trees, with private terrace offering spectacular views of the lake.

An ideal location for a quiet, relaxing holiday, a starting point for mountain hikes, excursions and trips to the lake.

To reach the property, take the Strada Panoramica Sud, then turn onto Via Chero, a steep, narrow road about 300 metres long, passable by any vehicle, bike or scooter. It is advisable to proceed at ease, signalling your presence with a horn.

It is about 3 km from the historical centre of Malcesine and the cable car, 2 km from the bus station.

The nearest airport is Villafranca, about 60 km away.

The flat: one bedroom with double bed, flat screen satellite TV, lake and mountain view. Bathroom with shower cubicle; the living area is furnished with sofa, table and chairs, well-equipped kitchenette with double induction hob, microwave, kettle, steamer, toaster and fridge.

Pros: Die Lage war traumhaft- perfekter Blick auf See u Berge Cons: Kaum erreichbar durch sehr steile schmale Anfahrt, fast nicht machbar mit einem Kombi mit 1,6 l Motor u 120 PS... Kein WLAN und kein einziger deutscher TV-Sender...
