  • Large apartment, composed of a double room, shower-toilet with window, living room with two beds, kitchen and terrace-veranda with wonderful lake view. Equipped with every comfort (large fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, wifi, heating, TV and safe)

    At guests' disposal there are free wifi, garage, terrace, ping pong and a swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 15) immersed in a small olive grove, where you can enjoy hours of sun, relaxation and fun.

    Check-in is possible from 2 pm to 6 pm (in case of arrival after 6 pm, please advise).
    The check out is before 9am.
    No pets are allowed at our facility.

Lovely quiet apartment with great views

Lovely balcony and swimming pool with a beautiful view over Malcesine and Lake Garda. Easy 10 minute walk into town. Good communication with the host.

Tranquil stay in a beautiful location. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the centre. There are lots of nice shady and quiet places to stay across the property and a well kept pool. The flat itself has pretty much everything you could need.

Wer Ruhe, Komfort und eine schöne Umgebung sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben ein paar wunderbare Tage in Malcesine verbracht und uns in der Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Die Wohnung selbst war top: großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.Ein echtes Highlight war der traumhafte Ausblick – man schaut direkt aufs Wasser und kann die Aussicht einfach nur genießen. Der Pool ist ebenfalls toll angelegt, auch wenn er um diese Jahreszeit noch etwas frisch war. Dafür gibt’s rund ums Haus viele schöne Plätze zum Hinlegen, Sonnen oder einfach nur Chillen.

Top Wohnung

Wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kinder (6 und 8) und haben 13 wunderschöne Tage in Malcesine verbracht. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, einfach, sauber und gepflegt. Das Pool ist ganz nett, die Aussicht ist aufgrund der Hanglage sehr schön. Man muss viele Treppen laufen, aber für uns war das kein Problem. Die große Garage war für uns sehr praktisch, letztendlich hatten wir alles was wir gebraucht haben. Giovanna ist sehr freundlich und meldet sich bei Fragen oder bei Problemen sehr schnell zurück. Top Location um Malcesine und die Umgebung zu besichtigen. Vielen Dank Giovanna für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben eine für 2 Personen geräumige Unterkunft in toller Lage vorgefunden. Von der überdachten Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Der Pool oberhalb der Wohnung liegt wunderschön eingebettet in die Hanglage mit vielen Olivenbäumen. Der Ort ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kurz: Perfekt.

Tolle Lage, vor allem die der Wohnung vorgelagerte überdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf den fast unmittelbar darunter befindlichen Lago, der oberhalb des Hauses befindliche Swimmingpool, die Wohnung selber und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Vermieterin machen den Urlaubsaufenthalt zu einem rundum gelungenen Erlebnis.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Gardasee!

Wir waren für eine Woche hier. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung Apartment 2 ist sauber und schlicht eingerichtet. Sie hat eine Wunderschöne überdachte Terasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee. Auch der Pool , der oberhalb der Wohnung lag, ist sehr schön gelegen und mit toller Aussicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder👍

Traumurlaub & Erholung pur! :)

Wirklich eines der schönsten Apartments, die wir je hatten. Das Haus liegt traumhaft schön und man hat einen hervorragenden Blick auf den Gardasee. Das Haus war ordentlich und es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Am besten hat uns der über dem Haus liegende Pool gefallen, wo man sich an den heißen Abenden ein letztes Mal abkühlen konnte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment mieten. :)

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick!

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in der Villa Stellina. Zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt. Zitronen- und Olivenbäume in Hülle und Fülle. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Stadtzentrum, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. sind sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Für das Auto gibt es einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Highlight für unsere Tochter war der sehr schöne und gepflegte Pool, der auch Erwachsenen eine angenehme Erfrischung bietet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigem ausgestattet. Wenn auch die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, fühlt man sich trotzdem wohl, und es ist alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Betreiber der Villa Stellina sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Idyllischer Kurzurlaub mit Panoramablick und Pool

Pro: Super tolle Panoramaaussicht, großer gepflegter Pool, Tiefgaragenstellplatz, zentrale Lage zur Stadt und zum Strand in Ca. 10 min., Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bank vorhanden, sehr ruhige Lage mit Obst und Olivenbäumen, Apartment gepflegt, sauber und mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Sonnenliege + Schirme + Polster vorhanden, jedes Apartment hat seinen eigenen privateren Liegebereich, Haus hat nur 3 Apartments, Küche für einfaches Kochen (ohne Backofen) nur Herd vorhanden. Insektengitter vorhanden. Kontra: Hintere Zimmer in der Wohnung etwas dunkel, da Hangbebauung, im 5 er Apartment 1 separates Schlafzimmer, sonst im Wohn- Essbereich noch 2 Einzelbetten ideal für Kinder, Hanglage mit vielen Treppen eventuell für kleinere Kinder etwas ungeeignet, Möbel und Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, spartanisch. Keine Waschmaschiene. Fazit: Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden wieder einen Urlaub bei Familie Zeni verbringen☺️
