Located in Malemort-du-Comtat in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Le Nichoir au pied du Ventoux is a charming 100 m² holiday home ideal for 6 guests. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning is available upstairs in the sleeping area, while the ground floor has underfloor heating and cooling. Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine are also provided. Families have access to 2 high chairs, 1 cot, and shared toys and books. A coffee machine with pods for your first day and an air fryer are also included.



Enjoy the private garden with mountain views, featuring a covered terrace and an uncovered terrace, perfect for relaxing. The shared outdoor pool is open daily from 7 am to 6 pm; alcohol and substance use is strictly prohibited around the pool. You can also prepare meals on the private barbecue.



You have access to a shared parking space on site and a shared table tennis table. Events are not allowed. The owner lives nearby to ensure your comfort. Please note that dogs live on the property and bear this in mind when booking.



Bed linen is included, but towels are not provided.
