The surrounding area - Ammoudara
Amoudara is a huge beach 7 km west of Heraklion, which led to the tourism development of the entire region. The options here are many, especially in the summer. Swimming and water sports in a well-organized beach, and quiet corners for the more solitary. Coffee drink or eat literally on the beach is an experience. At night restaurants, cafes restaurants bars, and clubs are at your disposal until the early hours. But also the surrounding area of exceptional interest. The sources of the Almyros river are nearby, forming the largest habitat of the area. The gorge of the Three Churches will delight peripatetic and beyond. A passable trail leads to the top of the conical mountain Strouboula for a nicer look at Heraklion. Of course, it is using as a basis for the region to make small or large excursions to places of worldwide interest located in Crete, including the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion, the Knossos archaeological sites - Festos and Gortys, and many more.

The main structure is in the center of a beautiful garden, an oasis of greenery and freshness. The parking front hosts a few cars. At the back of the garden is more private and you can chareitai with friends and children. Protected and safe will give you endless hours of relaxation. And of course the wood oven and the garden plants that can give you great food in the countryside .... within the city.

A short 10min walk will take you to the beach of Amoudara, traditional taverns, souvenir shops, markets, bars, cafes, bakery, butcher, shops, car rental agencies, spa, clinics, pharmacies, cinemas & so much more!
