On the check-in day, the payment was not successfully processed due to glitches on my credit card. I was informed that my reservation had been canceled. I had to rebook my reservation subject to availability. I was panick and was enroute with pretty noisy background. I might have behaved not very politely on the phone when talking to the staff to fix the reservation problem. I apologized for that. Had I not been told my reservation was canceled but pending, I would have behaved more calmly. "

"Great room with view of the property and sunset. The Thai restaurant was fantastic! The property was very well managed, cared for and cleaned, the grounds keeper does an amazing job. The clean pool and hot tub were winderful ways to end your day in Rincon. We'll be back!"
