The hotel is divided into two sections: one is rated 3 stars and the other 4 stars. Unfortunately, this isn't made clear when booking. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star property on booking platforms, and the photos mainly showcase the 4-star rooms. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our room was actually in the 3-star section.
This was quite disappointing, as if I had known in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel that was genuinely 4 stars for the same price.
That said, the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and genuinely attentive to their guests. Despite the hotel being split into two sections, all guests have access to the facilities and amenities on both sides, which was a nice advantage.
The breakfast was decent, but the quality of the food was fairly average. I think there is definitely room for improvement in this area.
The rooms are quite small and very minimalist. We also noticed that the duvet cover was not changed during our stay, even when it became stained. I accidentally spilled some coffee on the duvet on the second-to-last day, and after housekeeping serviced the room, the stain was still there, suggesting the bedding had not been replaced.
One useful tip: there is a large free public car park close to the hotel. We only found out about it after asking at reception, so I'd recommend checking with the staff upon arrival, as it saved us a lot of hassle after initially struggling to find parking.
