Very spacious, air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment in a house built in 2021. The centerpiece of the house is the large 50m2 (11m x 4.5m) swimming pool. The pool is cleaned with salt instead of chlorine, which is kinder to the skin. The apartment is located in a detached house, has a private entrance, and is a duplex type: the entrance is on the 1st floor. Here you'll find a large kitchen with a living room, a large 13m2 balcony/terrace, and a bathroom. The internal stairs lead up one floor, where two bedrooms and the second bathroom dominate. The large 4m long kitchen is fully equipped, with an American refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, etc. Air conditioning and internet are free of charge. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartment also has satellite TV. The pool is shared with 5 other parties (there are a total of 6 apartments in the two houses). Parking is available directly in front of the house.
