Villa Malinska - three bedroom villa close to beaches with a heated pool

Located in the heart of Malinska on Island Kirk, beautiful island of clear water and mild Mediterranean climates, the luxurious Villa Malinska ensures a carefree holiday for family and friends. 120 m² are distributed over three levels. The ground floor displays beautifully polished tile floors and consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a living room area with a flatscreen TV and a large corner sofa, all with access to a terrace with an outdoor heated pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining area. Sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms is on the first floor, while the top floor houses a terrace with a comfortable seating lounge anda summer kitchen with views of both the sea and Malinska town.
In three bedrooms six adult guests are comfortably accommodated.
In beautiful Kvarner Bay Island Krk is Croatia’s largest and most populated island, connected to the mainland by a 1430 meter long concrete bridge. Endowed by natural beauty, superb beaches, romantic coves, healing muds, adventure activities, excellent restaurants, delicious wine and thousand year old monuments and art galleries plus charming villages and its cultural epicenter town Kirk, thisisland succeeds to please everyone. While here be sure to visit 5thcentury Cathedral and an impressive 12thcentury Frankopan Castle.
For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Wunderschönes Haus in einer tollen Lage

Diese Unterkunft hatte einfach alles was wir brauchten. Es gab nichts was uns fehlte. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und sehr sehr nett. Ich würde das Haus gerne an jeden Urlaubsort mitnehmen. Sollten wir wieder nach Malinska kommen, werden wir unbedingt als erstes diese Unterkunft anfragen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin.

Wir verbrachten zwei wunderschöne Wochen auf der Insel Krk. Das Haus ist echt genial, tolle Lage inmitten des Geschehens, nichtsdestotrotz absolut ruhig. Man purzelt kurz aus dem Haus und findet bereits alles vor der Nase, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes, der Strand, die Riva und der Markt. Wunderbare erholsame Ferien

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Juli als Familie dort und hatten das ganze Haus gemietet. Der Ort, Malinska ist wunderschön und ruhig. Das Wasser ist herrlich klar und hat eine kleine Bucht, in der auch ältere Menschen und kleine Kinder gut ins Wasser gelangen können. Der Pool ist super und hat eine gute Größe. Unsere Kinder, 3 Kinder im Alter von 9 bis 13 hatten viel Freude. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mitten im Zentrum des Ortes und bietet durch die zentrale Lage alle Annehmlichkeiten zu Fuss zu gehen. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen und kommen gerne wieder!

Quiet Location

Excellent quiet location with very friendly owners. They made us feel very welcome and we will definitely stay here again. Look no further, seriously, this place is perfect. No car is needed as you can walk around and reach the beach, restaurants and the market within a few steps.
