"Clean room"

"The staff were amazingly accomodating and the kindest people around. They were always attentive and very respectful. The room was beautiful and relaxing, full of everything needed. The bathroom and shower was next level with 3 shower heads too! There was lots of closet room and the housekeeper kept my room immaculate. The included breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of foods, omelet bar, fresh squeezed juices, and so much more. I would definitely return. "

"Excellent staff"

"Had all the equipment but there was some insect that bit my daughter on our second night and we ended up taking her to the hospital. We requested a refund for the remaining nights we ended up not using because we did not feel clean and safe staying at the unit anymore. The host did not want to give the money that for the days we didn’t used. Very disappointed "

"Location is great, but i throught i would be in Tower 3, but it turned out to be in Tower 1."

"Conveniently located near Mall of Asia (20 min walking or a short Grab ride) and the airport (Grab ride- T1), our stay at Shore Residences was comfortable and accessible. The unit and the lobby were very clean and smelled good. The unit has all the amenities like hot water in the shower, kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave, kettle, and the A/C was cold. The host was very responsive and prepared the pass and check in instructions in advance for us. Use of pool and the gym had extra charges and were communicated in advance. There were no surprises there. One thing to note is that the reception will not entertain nor keep any parcels or deliveries ordered ie food or shopee so we need to make arrangements to meet delivery guys. Overall a pleasant stay! "
