"The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back! "

I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening. A big kudos to Remon, Ahmad, Islam, Mahmoud, Samia, Chief Hussain, Hossam, Mr. Alaa, Shadwa, and everyone in the hotel. "

The location is also perfect, close to the lovely Arkan complex and just 20 minutes from the Pyramids "
