The well-furnished apartment “Pritscheshof Balkon” is situated in the Pritscheshof apartment building in Planeil (Planol), a little village in the western part of the beautiful Ötztal Alps in South Tyrol, and is ideal for hiking or cycling holidays in the stunning mountain scenery. The 70 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include satellite/cable television and a children’s bed. The private outdoor area not only boasts a balcony but also a spacious sunny terrace with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains - the perfect spot to start the day with breakfast and a cup of coffee or for barbecued dinners in the evening. After a 12-minute drive (7 km) to Mals (Malles), you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and bakeries, as well as a train station. The nearest skiing area is located next to the lake Haidersee, which is only a 3-minute drive (7.5 km) away, and many mountain tracks and famous peaks are in the immediate vicinity of the village. South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) can be reached after a one-hour-and-30-minute-drive (90 km) through picturesque valleys. The closest Swiss Alps can also be visited after a 30-minute drive (20 km) across the border.

moderne, große Wohnung mit herrlich großen Fenstern und prima Blick

Pros: Das Klima ist herrlich kühl, die Luft rein, der Bach Puni rauscht und abends kann man die Milchstraße am Himmel sehen. Wer hier seine Ruhe sucht und sich mit dem Rauschen des Baches anfreundet, wird sich sehr gut erholen! Die Wohnung ist modern, hell, freundlich und komfortabel und der Vermieter nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Cons: Allerdings muss man gut Auto fahren können und sollte ein nicht zu großes und langes Auto haben, denn die Straßen im Dorf sind steil und eng, da braucht man Mut, Fingerspitzengefühl und innere Ruhe. (Es gibt aber einen bequemen Parkplatz am Ortseingang.)

Neues Haus, tolle ruhige Lage

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man so benötigt. Die Lage ist super, und ruhig. Ausgangspunkt für schöne Wanderungen. Für Skifahrer 12min Fahrt nach St. Valentin zu Gondel Richtung Schöneben und Haideralm. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ständig erreichbar für eventuelle Rückfragen. Wir waren rundherum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung

Pros: Das Haus liegt am Ende eines sehr schönen idyllischen Bergdorfes. Welches sehr verwinkelt und uhrig ist. Wer von jeglichen Stress und Hektik des Alltags fliehen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Sehr netter Gastgeber.

Ein idyllischer Ort mit tollem Ausblick

Ein klasse Appartement, netter Vermieter, viele Wandermöglichkeiten und die Nähe zu den Seen ( Haider- und Reschensee) hat uns gut gefallen. Rundum ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub!!

Wohlfühlurlaub in den Bergen

Wer abseits vom Massentourismus in herrlicher Lage Bergurlaub erleben will (und kein überbreites Auto hat, was bei den sehr engen Gassen kritisch werden könnte), der wird sich hier sicher sehr wohl fühlen und tolle Urlaubstage verbringen können.

Super Ferienwohnung abseits des Troubles

Eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, am Ende des Dorfes Planol gelegen, beste Qualität in der Ausstattung. Möglichkeit von dort direkt in die Berge zu wandern. Herrlich.
