Great apartment.
The apartment was huge, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were a little disappointed that so many restaurants were closed for the winter months but Alcúdia is a quaint historical town. Parking can be an issue but there is free parking on the street if you can find a spot and a large parking lot around the corner from the old city wall.

Apartment is fine, spacious, comfortable and has everything you need. The shower was weak. Breakfast wasn't very good but local cafes are cheap if you want something else. Overall I'd stay again if I was looking for a place on a budget.

Excellent service. Lovely location.
We arrived late on a Sunday after a delayed flight (so missed standard checkin), so we didn't meet the staff on arrival, but they couldn't have been more helpful. Did everything over the phone and we were inside our apartment with 10 mins (FAB!).

Right at the heart of Alcudia just outside the walls of the old town, and near lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Very very clean.Though it was a bit basic but the apartments are huge, front room and bedroom were both air conditioned/heated, cooking facilities available, also breakfast and the breakfast provided. WiFi was available in the bar downstairs, or you could pay €5 in the room. There is parking on the streets nearby.

Very nice holiday
We spent very nice twelve days at the hotel. Only one small detail was wrong - we just got only one small piece of soap for two people for entire stay. Overall, the level of accommodation is very good in relation to price. And the neighborhood is absolutely fantastic. We can only recommend.

We have stayed here before and found the office staff were helpful,but this was not so on this occasion.The rooms have been updated so that the kitchen is very tiny with very poor fittings,no kettle etc.However the hotel is well situated in town of Alcudia and there is a roof that you can go up to and the views of surrounding area are great.Overall it is good value but the kitchen area definately needs to be better equipped.The hotel is very near to the bus station so it is easy to get around and the buses are frequent .

Really spacious
We managed to get a great deal on this hotel so were a bit worried it might not live up to the photos, but it was just like in the pictures, nice big balcony with a lovely view of the mountains, big lounge room, comfy beds and sofa and good sized kitchen. the breakfast was also great value for money, i really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back again and for longer, would stay here for sure again (if i get a good prcie again!)

Great hotel & service
We spent a great week at this hotel at a very reasonable price. Our flat was big and clean. Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good value for money
I found the apartments extremely convenient-great location. They are extremely spacious. There was also a supermarket nearby so it was very easy to get anything we needed. There were great places nearby too, to get something to eat. I was disappointed that the whole time we were there the towels were never changed. We were there four nights. Also, the air conditioning didn't work very well, it just seemed to blow the hot in the room out again. Very hard to cool the room down, was easier to open the windows,but this wasn't possible at night. They did their annual maintenance on lifts there too-in June-winter would probably be a more suitable time for this rather than the busy season. Carrying cases up four flights of stairs wasn't easy!

God beliggenhed. Fik skiftet håndklæder, fjernet affald og fik rengjort badeværelse 2 gange på 8 dage - super. Køkken meget slidt med skæve låger, forkant af bord itu, vandhane ikke fastgjort, så begge hænder måtte bruges for at åbne for vand (se foto). Ingen kaffemaskine eller vandkoger.

Lage perfekt, nicht weit zum Zentrum, Port d'Alcudia fußläufig gut zu erreichen, ebenso wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Super freundlicher Empfang und Zimmer war sauberkeitstechnisch perfekt. Ausstattung ausreichend, eher schlicht. Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden

Apartamento muy espacioso y con buenas camas. Buena comunicación con la recepción y buena ubicación del edificio, muy próximo a las playas. Quizá algun utensilio más en la cocina podría haber estado bien.

We had a lovely stay at Apartamentos Carlos V! The location was perfect, in idyllic Alcudia Ola town, and the staff were super sweet and helpful! The room was sweet, simple and clean - all you could ask for! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

Gutes Apartment mit schöner Dachterrasse
Einfach eingerichtetes aber großes Apartment mit einer schönen großen Dachterrasse mit Blick über Alcudia und zum Meer. Die Lage des Apartments ist auch sehr gut, da man direkt in die Altstadt laufen kann. Ein großer Parkplatz mit kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe. Gastronomie und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden. Wir würden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder die Apartments von Carlos V bevorzugen.

Plus: Rummet var rymligt och rent. A/C var toppen. Bra frukost. Mycket bra område, precis intill gamlastan och marknadsplatsen. Många mysiga caféer och butiker i området. Minus: Det luktade avlopp i rummet om man inte hade stängt fönstret i badrummet. Lukten kom utifrån. Receptionen har öppet enbart på vardagar mellan 9-16.30. Baren stänger också 16.30 varje dag. Receptionen är i en lägenhet på första våningen och det gör det hela lite osmidigt.

Excellent price-value.
Noisy fridge, hall and upstairs, especially on the 1st floor next to the reception office. Use earplugs! The breakfast buffet is really not so bad as other reviews says, but the fruit and breads selection varies per day. The coffee is excellent and the Fruit Jewel juices taste very artificial. Friendly staff.

Das Appartmentzimmer war groß, spartanisch eingerichtet, mit separatem Bad inkl. Toilette und Bidet. Der Zimmerausblick war leider alles andere als einladend, nämlich auf die gegenüberliegende Hausfront und das darunter liegende Wettspiele-Lokal - und da die Gasse sehr eng ist das ganze in einer sehr geringen Distanz. Ab der 3. Nacht wurde eine Wohnung genau gegenüber vom Apartment geräusch- und staubintensiv renoviert. Das Personal vom Frühstücksservice war sehr nett, jedoch das Angebot sehr begrenzt. Aufgefüllt wurde nur auf Anfrage, sonntags ging leider das dunkle Brot aus. Zusammenfassend kann gesagt werden, dass das Highlight der Apts. Carlos V. das freundliche Personal und die Geräumigkeit der Zimmer sind.

Alt i alt en god oplevelse til prisen! Super beliggenhed midt i den superhyggelige by. Eneste minus var at det var lidt svært at finde receptionen da vi ankom idet fordøren var låst, så vi skulle ind igennem den restaurant der hørte til hotellet. Men så snart vi fandt ud af det var der ingen problemer. Lækker tagteresse også.

Había muy poco material de cocina, tan solo 1 cuchara, 2 tenedores, 2 cuchillos y una sartén muy pequeña (tamaño para hacer un huevo frito). El colchón fue muy duro. También hay que decir que en las fotos se pinta todo muy grande y bonito y a la hora de la verdad, el apartamento si es que se puede llamar así porque era tan pequeña que casi se puede llamar una habitación, y no hablemos de la cocina que de tan pequeña que era, que no se podía apenas cocinar.

aardig appartement midden in oude centrum
Carlos V is direct in het oude centrum gelegen en vlakbij de grote supermarkt Mercadona (5 min lopen). Daarnaast beschikt dit hotel over een groot dakterras dat een mooi uitzicht geeft over Alcudia en de bergachtige omgeving. Verder zijn de appartementen zelf ruim en de bedden comfortabel. Minder te spreken zijn wij over de erg kleine en incomplete keuken. De koelkast had een vriezer die het niet deed en een koelkastvak waarvan het plastic stuk was. Het bestek was karig en de koekenpan was erg vies bij aankomst. Verder is de vermelde schoonmaak van 2 maal per week erg oppervlakkig en 1 maal is deze zelfs overgeslagen. Dit hebben wij wel als teleurstellend ervaren. In het algemeen geef ik dit hotel een beoordeling van 3.0/5.0

Einfach, zentral, individuell
Ein einfaches Appartment-Hotel mit super Lage in der Altstadt von Alcudia, abseits vom Massentourismus und mit internationalem Publikum. In der Hochsaison allerdings recht viel Trouble Abends und Nachts und recht laut. 2x die Woche Markt direkt vor der Tür. Die App. an sich sind alles in allem eher für anspruchslose Gemüter ausgestattet und für die Selbstversorgung nur so lala geeignet, so gibt es zB genau 4x Besteck und Geschirr... Auch die Sofas sind nicht wirklich fürs Schlafen gedacht, bei mehr als zwei Personen wird es für diese anstrengend. Beim Personal war von herzlich bis desinteressiert alles dabei, das Inklusiv-Frühstück einfach und nichts für Vegetarierer, aber alles in allem ganz ok. Toll ist die Lage, die man am besten auf der kaum frequentierten Dachterasse geniessen kann mit Blick bis zur Bucht von Pollentia und zum Kap Formentor. Wenn man Strandurlaub plant, ist ein Mietwagen oder zumindest ein Fahrrad empfehlenswert - wir waren an sieben verschiedenen, teils traumhaften Stränden im Umkreis von rund 15 km.

Großes Zimmer, aber laut, da zur Straße. Die Einrichtung des "Studios" war sehr spärlich - viel mehr als Kaffee kochen konnte man damit nicht. Apropos Kaffee: Der war aus dem Automaten im Frühstücksraum ziemlich ungenießbar, ebenso wie die Säfte dazu. Besser man geht in die Stadt. Leider war auch das Personal mit einer Ausnahme ziemlich unfreundlich, sodass wir diese Appartementos nicht empfehlen können.

Sans charme mais correct et fonctionnel.
Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé juste aux portes du centre de la charmante petite cité d'Alcudia (et à 200 m d'un grand parking gratuit). L'hôtel en lui même est vieillot et sent bon les années 90 mais notre appartement étais grand (facile d'y loger à 4) et bien équipé. Petit déjeuner buffet classique ni bon ni mauvais. En tout cas difficile dans le secteur de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité/prix/emplacement dans le secteur (sauf si vous cherchez de l'hôtel club en front de mer bétonné, Port d'Alcudia est lors à 2 pas).
