Can Serral - Villa With Private Pool In Algaida

In this beautiful house you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and relax in the outdoor chlorine swimming pool with a size of 10mx3m and a constant depth of 1.60m. There are six sun loungers at your disposal or if you wish you can also prepare a delicious barbecue or relax on the porch. Outside there is also a toilet. Please note that there are neighbours nearby, so privacy is partial. Inside, a living-dining room with AC and Smart Tv is ready to spend relaxing evenings or prepare something to eat in the open kitchen, with induction and equipped with all the necessary utensils for your stay. We offer washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor, there is another living room where you can relax, read or simply enjoy an evening with your companions. To sleep in, there are four bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and two with a single bed. Also in the corridor, you will find a complete bathroom with shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. Algaida is a very welcoming inland village with traditional customs. Here you will find all the essential services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. In addition to this, it has the advantage of being close to communication routes that will allow you to access any point of the island. The nearest beach is the Arenal beach, although being quite central on the island, you can go to many beaches in any direction. Palma, the island's capital, is only 25 minutes away by car. Die Residenz ist unglaublich, äußerst geräumig, sauber, komplett renoviert und mit einer sehr charmanten Einrichtung! Die Lage ist gut, etwa 40 Autominuten von den besten Stränden entfernt und die Gegend rund um das Haus ist sehr ruhig! Es verfügt über einen ausgezeichneten Swimmingpool, gute Geräte in der Küche und eine Garage für zwei Autos. Es war auf jeden Fall ein wundervoller Aufenthalt und die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr nett!
